Valerie obtained her MBA through MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2013. Prior to coming to Southside in 2014, she worked as a veterinary technician, assistant, and receptionist. She also spent time as a director in higher education. Her goal is to help facilitate great customer service for Southside clients so they are better able to participate in managing their pet’s health. She is passionate about leading the Southside team towards the future and integrating new technologies and services to improve both the clients and pet’s experiences.
When not at work, Valerie spends most of her time with her husband Mark and their daughter. Mark and Valerie are also expecting a new baby girl in May of 2017. As a family, they enjoy the lake, traveling, and being outdoors. They also have two dogs and one cat that keeps them all busy and very entertained. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact Valerie at firstname.lastname@example.org.
